This policy covers public pages, the investor portal, invitation-based account onboarding, sign-in, access recovery, investment operations and the AIJELLA Orbit program.
Data we process
Invitation-based account onboarding and account use involve a name, email, protected password hash, security settings, session details and technical request data. Plain-text passwords are not stored.
Investment and transaction records include the selected plan, asset, amount, reinvestment settings, accruals, statuses and activity history. Payment data is processed to the extent required to complete an operation through an available payment method.
An AIJELLA Orbit application contains the applicant’s name, preferred contact method and introduction. It is sent to AIJELLA and stored for review by the program team.
Processing purposes
Data is used to create and protect accounts, provide the investor portal, maintain balances and investments, execute user instructions, prevent abuse, provide support and review applications.
Processing is based on fulfilling a user request or agreement, meeting applicable obligations, legitimate interests in protecting the service and consent where required by applicable law.
Technical data and preferences
The server may receive an IP address, time, request path, response code, device information and security events. This data is used to protect accounts, investigate errors and limit automated attacks.
Language, display currency and animation settings are stored in browser localStorage. Details of the essential session cookie and device preferences are provided in the cookie policy.
Retention and recipients
Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the account, execute transactions, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet applicable requirements. Retention may vary by record category and the status of the user relationship.
Access is limited to authorized personnel and infrastructure or payment service providers to the extent needed for their tasks. AIJELLA does not sell personal data. Third-party websites operate under their own policies.
Rights and enquiries
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of their data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
