By accepting account access, signing in, submitting an application or using a protected feature, the user confirms that they have reviewed these terms and the applicable terms of the selected product.
AIJELLA services
The website provides information about the AIJELLA investment approach, invitation-based account onboarding, an investor portal, balance and investment records, transaction history, security settings and access to company programs.
Availability of individual features, payment methods, plans and transactions may depend on account status, technical readiness, limits, security review and the terms of the relevant product.
Investments and projections
Return calculations and charts are generated from the selected rate, term, payout frequency and reinvestment share.
An investment record is created after the user confirms the terms and has sufficient available balance. Accruals, reinvestment and payouts are recorded in the account in the relevant asset currency without automatic conversion.
The USD / EUR selector changes the presentation of amounts on public pages and does not execute a conversion. Market rates are used for informational valuation and limit enforcement.
Account and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect passwords and 2FA codes, avoid sharing sessions with third parties and promptly report suspicious activity to support@aijella.com.
AIJELLA may apply rate limits, temporary lockouts, transaction reviews, limits and manual withdrawal approval to protect users and the service.
The AIJELLA Orbit program
AIJELLA Orbit is an ongoing ambassador program. The AIJELLA team reviews each application and opens the member’s personal program terms after onboarding.
The program has three statuses based on capital introduced to AIJELLA: Basic above USD 10,000, Advanced above USD 50,000 and Premium above USD 200,000. Capital tracking rules, privileges and income terms are shown to the participant in the account.
Members act within their assigned authority. All investments are completed through official AIJELLA channels, and public materials follow the current program terms.
Personal program terms become available after onboarding. Third-party contact details may only be shared with permission. AIJELLA may verify referred-capital records and update status under the current program terms.
Content and acceptable use
Rights to text, imagery and marks belong to their respective owners. Availability on the website does not transfer exclusive rights or permit passing off another person’s work as your own.
Attempts to disrupt the website, bypass safeguards, inject malicious code or use materials deceptively are not permitted. External links lead to services operated by their respective owners.
Liability and changes
The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security review or circumstances beyond AIJELLA’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
AIJELLA may update these terms and publishes the new version on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
